If you have Premium, click on your screen name or avatar, then in the upper right part of the screen is a red box that says "Start a conversation." You type in their screen name, type your message, and send it. It will be a private convo between you and that person(s) until the Russians and/or TrollTrace get hold of it, then you're screwed. But ya gotta take the good with the bad.
