FSU is one of the biggest crash and burns we've seen in awhile. Not only are these two head-scratching loses, but they are conference loses. Gong from a top 10 preseason to 0-2 in conference is not a good way to make the playoff or keep jobs (including the players who are all paid anyway). The QB and the OC already have to be on the hotseat.

FSU has a problem on D, esp vs the run, and they've played 2 teams who are good running teams and controlling the pace of the game.

Well, they can't be invited to the B1G now, that much is certain. The league should entertain calls from Mike Tirico about Cuse's admission asap.
The current B12 situation reminds me a lot of the Big East post Miami, VT, BC. A lot of opportunity for these teams for the next couple of years before the conference collapses.

Purely just to troll FSU, B1G should "offer" BC to join the B1G. No, we don't want Fredo in the B1G, but for trolling purposes this would be epic to do to FSU.
It's pretty simple: buying a new team, year-after-year, isn't going to sustain at this level (IMHO). Too many egos, at to young of an age, to be successful. Need to learn to play as a team, need to mature, need to do A LOT of things prior to being ready for "free agency."
I'll say it for the 1000th time: NIL and the portal were dove into, in haste, are are pretty much a disaster as-is. Gotta get them fixed so kids aren't leaving following their last regular season game to play for someone else in the playoffs (oh....watch...someone is gonna try soon enough).

Agree strongly with bolded part. Switching teams before playoffs sounds crazy, but it's a smaller leap than some the stuff that has started in NCAA sports over the last few years.
I would never have imagined players working hard with their teammates all season but then ditching the team for the bowl game, but now we expect it. And maybe I'd do it too in the current landscape..
The curse of DJU. He's horrible. Will probably beat Clemson for his only ACC win this year though.
They’ve been out coached in both games, blown assignments by the defense and unable to stop the run, inaccurate passing, and dropped passes.
Any chance the acc kicks out out fsu and Clemson as they are hurting the conf possibly get more than 1 team into the playoff.
@JayDogSmooth - I'm thinking the loss of Malcolm Ray to us has had an impact?
Obviously being in the acc has hurt fsu as they cannot beat acc teams. Perhaps they need to form a conf with Yukon to be competitive.
13-1 with 29 guys sitting out in the bowl game loss against arguably the top team in the country was pretty competitive

Another issue was stupid after the whistle penalties and the crowd quite audibly dissing the team and coach in the Doak. Nice town, doe.
Bur 0-2 with a full roster in 2024. Fsu needed to get out 5 years ago. It may be too late.
Prolly should just stick with the season/conference record and not mention the bowl game.
FSU (and their supporters) went all in on being better than the ACC, FSU being a unique situation somehow desired by the B10, SEC and Saudi investment funds, that others would be only so lucky to associate with them, and overly indignant about the playoff snub last year. Created a lot of bad feelings towards them in self inflicted wounds.
This year's start, and the clear stepping out too far on a ledge in general, is going to put FSU back to likely seeking to make nice with the ACC before all is said and done.

I am just having a little fin with you. I want fsu to get out and get into the b1g. I think the travel and being on Monday night had a lot to do with this performance.
But Norvell did not break a sweat the entire game. Bill O'Brien was melting
FSU has bigger problems than that. They spent a boatload on transfers in the portal and for their Dline and they're turning out not to be worth a pack of chewing gum. The Oline can't run block and forget about pass blocking BC lived in FSU's backfield. There are no overnight fixes for these two.
