Just wondering.. Does anyone work in their Hoboken offices? Or know someone who does? How is the work environment? Compensation? Job security? Thinking about applying to one of their Director positions. Thanks.

I know about their business model.. Seems quite boom or bust. But their prices consistently beat Amazon.

All I know is I ordered from them once

A week later, had received no status on my item

Turned out that the place they get it from was out of stock

They had no idea when they would get it in

I asked them to cancel my order, they refused

They finally did when I informed them I was going to stop by their offices on my way home from work

The business model is insane - they often buy from other sites and sell at a loss to build up a following
