Starr will stay at Baylor as a law professor, according to ESPN.

On Tuesday, Baylor Athletic Director Ian McCaw announced he would resign. Initially, McCaw was only to be “sanctioned and suspended” following the investigation that found football coaches often handled complaints of sexual assaults by players themselves.

Head football coach Art Briles was “placed on indefinite leave with intent to terminate” last week. Former Wake Forest coach Jim Grobe was hired as interim head football coach on Monday.

Why any University would want Ken Starr's name associated with it is a mystery to me. The man is a half-wit by the true definition of the term:
noun
1. a person who is feeble-minded.
2. a person who is foolish or senseless; dunderhead.

He speaks as if being behind a "veil of ignorance" was somebody else's fault. It wasn't a veil, it was a self-imposed brick wall that he obviously continues to maintain. The initial house cleaning at Baylor won't be complete until he is removed from the campus entirely. Otherwise, he will continue to be an embarrassing reminder of failure to the University and an obstacle to any progress Baylor might hope for in overcoming the awful culture that was created under his oversight.
