Not the biggest Kobe fan in the world, but wow did he go out big in his last game tonight. He was a chucker for the first three quarters, but was actually good in the 4th, especially the last 5 minutes, and got the W.

My plan was to have a late night and watch but I couldn't even make it past the opening ceremony - lol. 60 Points!!!! Who thought there would come a day when a day when Kobe couldn't dunk - that was jaw dropping to me. 60 is still 60 though - goodbye to a legend - Mamba Out!
He took 50 shots. Basically took the shot on every possession. Including 21 3 pointers (made just 6)

I respect his ability (arguably the second greatest player that I have witnessed) but I really did not care for the guy especially after the Eagle Rock incident. (We don't need to have a discussion about it and will not comment any further if more comments are made). After the Nets left NJ, I was no longer a fan of any team and now that Kobe has left the Lakers, they are now my favorite team. I got to have one LA team and will never stop being a fan of the Mets, Cowboys and Devils (unless they leave NJ).
