3:49 PM PST -- The Palm Beach Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... Cindy's roommate called cops to their Lake Worth Beach home on Dec. 30, 2023 -- saying she returned home from a holiday trip, knocked on Cindy's door in their residence ... but got no response.
The roommate told officers she smelled a strong odor emanating from inside and called 911, noting the last she'd seen CM alive was on Dec. 19. Cops went in and found Cindy dead in her room ... with no foul play suspected. An investigation is underway.
3:22 PM PST -- A county rep confirms to TMZ that Cindy died of "natural causes."

Seriously. The 'unrecognizable' is typical tabloid trash. Picture looks like an older version who gained weight. Which is.... expected.
“She’s been plucked more times than the rose of Tralee, I’m told”.
No harm or weight shaming was intended.
While not out of the ordinary, 69 years old is a very young age to die of "natural causes." Did a search for her to see if she had any health issues, and that was the only item that came up. Headline did suck, just like NJ.com headlines for RU athletics usually suck.

Speculating, she wass alone and died at home. Her roommate called the police when there was a foul odor coming from her apartment.
I have had more than a dozen close relatives and friends who died of natural causes younger than 70. We don’t all get as much time on earth as we think we will.
