I've done it 2 ways and it really comes out great.
Option 1: Marinate in Soy Sauce, Worcestire, and Honey 24 hrs
Option 2: Salt the hell out of it about 30 min before. salt tenderizes it. I like this method best. if you think you put on too much salt, put on more. you won't taste it in the meat.
Cook to medium rare (no more than medium). if you overcook it, itll be like rubber. Slice against the grain as thin as you are physically able.
Leftovers, Day 2: saute onions and butter. slice up leftovers into small strips. throw in the pan to heat up. cover with cheese. put on roll or bread.
