Need to move my daughter from a house in New Brunswick to an apartment in New Brunswick. Not a big move. I'd do it myself but with recent back issues I don't want to risk it. Anyone have any recommendations?

Doesn't she have guy friends? Seems like most girls these days have guy friends. Whenever my daughter needs to move something it basically costs me beer money.
We liked Strong Mile. They don't have their own moving trucks, and just supply labor - so if you are okay renting/driving the truck, it's a pretty good inexpensive option.
...I suggest you do what my friends and I did back in 2002 when we moved from Wyckoff to Hamilton and stuff your friend's station wagon that's on it's last legs like 6 times from 11pm-5am, then walk the last of your possessions over before falling asleep on a mattress on the floor of the new apt.
College Grads Moving moved my wife and I from a 3rd floor walkup into our new house. They worked so efficiently they finished under the estimated time, and refunded us the difference.
This is what I did when I had a similar move last year. I rented a small U haul and drove to the intersection of French Street and Jersey Ave. There were about 20-30 Mexican and Central American guys looking for any kind of work. I drove over to the Walgreens parking lot and picked out some guys. The first 2 guys I considered already had a a few beers and it was around Noon. I found a couple of guys that were great... Pepe and Adrian - they work together and did a great job. Call Pepe 732-322-3729. I paid them $120 each. They were non-stop.
