We're having a conversation about horrific crimes that occurred in you locker rooms..but you win games...so it "works for you". Not a good look.
Difference, one group was kicked of team and not protected while the fanbase condemmed them for their actions
The other had the group in charge do nothing after he was seen committing a horrible act and the fans took offence over seeing a member of the group protecting a pervert being called out for not doing a thing.
The man once said by those fans as the one in charge of the program then was put in a minion
category that didn't have the authority to do anything to stop a child molester and bring him to justice.
Think all things considered, one program had major faults and corrected them .
The other ignored what happened, allowing the molestation to continue ( even told the pervert not to bring children on campus any more > meaning don't molest children here, do it someplace else< instead of turning him in and making sure he'd never molest a child again .
I think the difference on how those programs handled crime they knew about was totally different and the fans of one of then should be ashamed to even try to compare what happened or try to point a finger at another program when criminal activity is the issue.
