OT: Penn State's Blatant Recruiting Violation

Your statements are not factual whatsoever. Furthermore, based on your logic, people are guilty before due process. If that's the case, your WR receiver was guilty no matter what when charged, right? Thankfully, that's not how the system works. Or is that what they teach at Rutgers Law School, guilty until proven innocent? I don't think so. Please continue the hate, it's amusing.

At RU, our WR was thrown off team for alleged assault, until he was exonerated. At Ped state, child rapist keeps raping on and off campus while Coach Joe and rest of scum ignore him. I got ya. Thanks

KETEYIAN: But you know as well as I do, Frank, Joe Paterno was the most powerful man on that campus, arguably the most powerful coach in college football. He knew what was going on in that university, and the argument is if he knew what he knew, he should have put a stop to it. He should have done more.

FINA: Well, that's right. And I don't see any need to judge him beyond his own words. He said it best: "I didn't do enough. I should have done more."

OJ is still looking for the killers because the evidence didn't convict him.
The evidence that could have proven Paterno guilty was not strong enough to make a good case against him and any prosecutor when faced with a decision to go to trial will claim they didn't have the evidence to arrest the scumbag.
Just because there wasn't hard evidence found to arrest Paterno for his role in the cover-up, there was circumstantial evidence (e-mails) that tied JoePed to the crime that Fina couldn't use .
Thus the no evidence statement was given.
You cite an interview about conjecture? Powerful according to whom? And that has a provable basis? Keep reaching, as that's useless dribble and just one man's opinion. So Keteyian was on campus and knew? Really? He's a hack several times over. Keep trying... Is that what Joe said? No, it is not what he said, not even close and you know it. Joe NEVER said those words, NEVER.

Funny, you accept one thing Fina said but not was is legally substantial. You have an agenda and it isn't the truth, not even close. You just make crap up. Show me where Joe said that? I'll be waiting... I'll give you a hint, it starts with: Withe the benefit of... I wish, not I should have. Try again.

Joe and Jerry were not good friends at all.

Sandusky... Jerry... Who? Just some guy on the payroll.

Joe had all kinds of people working for his program that he didn't really know, or like. And keep them on staff for decades.

Somebody forced Joe to give him continuing access to the facility after retirement. It's not like this mysterious Jerry person wrote his own ticket on retirement.

And all those Penn State alums, coaches and players supported Second Mile despite Joe's direction to have nothing to do with it.

Paterno had profitable business ties with board members of Second Mile only because he didn't know anything about this Jerry whomever character.

Right

Spanky, I have to hand it to you...all the satirical cartoons you've been posting have been hilarious. Don't know where you found them all. However, this T-shirt is downright frightening.

It's also produced by a company that has them in a bunch of different colors. There's "USC" ones and "Miami" one etc.
