I never liked the claw-back of awards.
No high-minded reason - it just seems like petty gesture by soiled orgs that want to appear pristine.
We have the NIL mess because coaches and colleges were raking in millions while players couldn't accept free burgers.

but if any college athlete was paid after their college career was over by the NCAA because of
Ed O 'Bannon's settlement with the NCAA that should mean Reggie deserves to be paid as well , even if the Bush's broke the rules and lied about it .
