They should change the rules and give the blocking team the option to begin their subsequent possession to where they return the block

OSU hasn’t really played a tough game except Iowa at home and they were only up 7-0 at half in that game until they took over later. All their games have been at home or in the midwest. This is the first big test for them.
Do B10 refs not know how to throw PI flags on their big name teams…no PI on OSU like the PSU game
