Lot's of free resources out here - Small Business Development Center at Raritan Valley Community College is a good example - free counseling, lots of courses at no charge. They also set you up with one free hour with a lawyer and an accountant to get you started in the right direction. Rutgers business school in Newark also has a SBDC with a multitude of resources:
