My future son in law has 2 children from prior marriage. He is ex military licensed electrician.
Full assault nastiness going on with custody and visitation. 2 children involved.
New York has a nutty system in that there is no Joint Custody unless BOTH parties agree -
meaning that a vindictive ex- wife/partner can hold out for sole custody without being "pressured".
Children girl and boy, age 7, 10. Mother is nurse in Staten Island with current custody. She has been playing all of the typical games. The only "interesting'' part of the story is that after he came back from the service a few years ago, she changed into a full time lesbian with various partners moving in and out. (just sayin)
