@RUScrew85 is faced with a dilemma.

Apparently he's been gifted with some free time. Should he:

A) Clean 2 guns
B) Go to the gym for the first time in like a year

Free time??? what free time?? If he has free time then when I get home the bed should be made, the dishwasher emptied and dinner should be simmering on the stove......

He could rest on the ground like an upside-down turtle. I've seen it before and he used to be really good at it. I didn't realize it until this wonderful thread, which caused me to dig deep, but I've come to count on the turtle thing at least once a year.

You should give him actual Man Chores.

he's the last one in the bed every day. he should make it.

. We are limited on "man chores" because we no longer have an outdoor space that is filled with mostly man chores.

Then I might suggest that his first Man Chore be to procure some Outdoor Space.

@HeavenUniv. That was funny as all hell. Cause you know, while he's not making the bed emptying the dishwasher or making me dinner he could be buying himself some new clothes!

why don't women understand the usefulness of a 'I've worn this so it isn't clean, but it isn't dirty, so I'll keep it here' pile?

Yup. That's what the floor in the corner of the bedroom is for. It's the "I'm gonna wear that again" pile.

It could be worse. I have two fairly large walk-in closets which consist of a couple dozen things on hangers, like suits and dress clothes, and, in each closet, gigantic piles of all clean clothes I rarely wear. The clothes I wear the most are piled on a small sofa at the end of my bed. And dirty clothes are piled up along one wall of the bedroom.

This system has worked great for about six years. But I noticed the other day that I'm getting little holes in many of the clothes on the floor in one of the closets. So maybe moths?

I have a friend that swears she's coming by to take all the clothes on the closet floors to donate them, then hanging up the rest. But it has yet to happen.

well this thread was apparently much ado about nothing as he made good use of his copious spare time handing out bags of dicks in the Obama thread. Well done, sir...

You're your own worst enemy on this one, as I am totally siding with the Turtle. You can't expect a man to put perfectly good clothes in a machine until the clothes are ready for it.

Your assumption is close to spot on, aside from everything you said. We had dinner last night at 7:00, and I don't know canasta. @RU4Real is correct, that I needed help starting this thread. It is actually far more advanced than what I normally put out, and the narrative development of the random posters joining in as one chorus attests to its divine origins.

Very good idea. I use an old microphone stand for the exact same purpose. Perfect for sweatpants, which every man knows, should never be washed after a single wearing. Or two.
