OT:Will This Study Have Impact on Team Meetings , Lectures/ Exams

Apparently we need to be moving every 30 minutes (for about 5 mins.).

Given this information, how can team meetings, work, lectures or exams be justified at greater than 30 mins.

Just wondering....would love to continue this but I've got to get up / move.

Agree with article. I was an instructor for ten years. MSFT certified training mostly. I did a break every 45 mins or so. People couldn't really last longer than that and stay focused. Smokers loved me. Syllabus called for breaks every 90 minutes.

So what exactly do you tell the over the road trucking companies where I'm limited to 10 hours a day?
Federally regulated work limits?
