I think I hate this guy more than James Franklin. So so so glad he wasn't considered for the job here. Everything he does is a total gimmick and essentially a photo op. He clearly does stuff hoping it trends on social media. A mini James Franklin just on a smaller stage.

I applaud the effort. Seems more sincere than gimmick. Fleck is trying to use every trick in the book to build that program. I cannot fault him for that. Franklin on the other hand.. proven asshat... it is slander to say Fleck is another Franklin.

That's great work by PJ. He doesn't have a whole lot to work with over at directional Michigan, and seeing him carry the program with his enthusiasm and to come up with a way like that to do what he did for that kid, that's awesome. It's not a two minute meeting in the coach's office, the whole team was involved and Sly Stallone gave him the news. Hats off, he created a memory for the whole team to last a lifetime. Those kids are going to want to run through brick walls for him.

I am not a huge PJ Fleck fan, but as I said above, thought this was a nice touch. He should have instructed Sly how to row the boat, cause Sly was not very fly.
