Anyone looking at things rationally. Maybe it will hit you when we are the butt of jokes that Rutgers had two top 5 NBA lottery picks and didn't even make the tourney or the NIT. Again, I am rooting for him and like him but I can also see his warts and that this season has been a total disaster that frankly, I don't think he recovers from.

I'm not calling for him to be fired. But when you miss the tournament with not 1, but 2 NBA top 5 picks for the third year straight to boot - you are pretty screwed, baring a miracle. Thats being objective. He won't get fired this year nor should he. But no tournament next year? I think he would be toast. It's all hypothetical but it's trending that way sadly.

Bottom line is- if pike calls a time out during the Penn state run maybe ace doesn’t get the technical. Pike has no feel for the game. So many turnovers and jermaiah had extended play when he was a turnover machine. Jmike horrific.martini back to normal - meaning bad.

We're not in a good place this year and its Pikiell's fault for not bringing in B1G caliber players to compliment Ace and Dylan. But you don't chase a coach off who just brought in two lottery picks and will learn from his mistake.

100%. Look at what our peers in the B1G are doing. I’m probably more bullish on next year with a host of guys returning, maybe picking up a guard or two in the portal and becoming an elite D again with guys who are better scorers than we’ve had in the past.

Long term, we’re not gonna have the money to be a Duke, Kansas or Kentucky, where we just stack 5* class one after another and a mix of elite talent at various experience levels, at least for a while. The stars kind of aligned with Ace and Dylan coming, who should be playing along with Baye and Gavin.
