Please respond based on what you think WILL happen, not what you think SHOULD happen.

Does the last answer mean you don't have a clue or we dont have clue, or julie doesn't have a clue?

If they beat Maryland he stays...you just saw next years O line minus Lumpkin...

I want him fired. But have no clue. The admin and fanbase can be fickle. Just look at USF 2013... He was all but fired before that game...

I THINK KYLE FLOOD SHOULD NOT BE COACHING RUTGERS IN 2016. I WOULD SEE IF ONE OF THOSE YOUNGER MAC/AAC COACHES ARE AVAILABLE...

That said, if they beat Maryland, he stays. The line is going to be that Flood deserve another chance because he lost his whole secondary, he had too many injuries to overcome, he had a first year, inexperienced starter at QB, new Offensive Linemen to break in. And with all of this going on along with the schedule, a 5-7 record was seen as a good enough season back in August.

IMO, Flood have made lots of decisions on field to makes you pull your own teeth out. And off the field that may put this program in jeopardy. But what do I know.

If he beats Maryland the report could have him getting into a motorcycle accident with an intern ( Just kidding). If he beats MD he survives even if the report divulges some minor infractions. Barchi and the BOT's do not want to spend the money and if the donors don't dig into their pockets the school is reluctant to pay another coach 2.0-3.0 million plus 900K for coordinators. Let's get something straight elite coaches do not take a position unless the university is willing to invest in a competent staff.

I think at any power 5 school he is fired for performance and given the downward spiral of this program . This is Rutgers so he probably stays
