Dare was a strong pickup this year in what many here consider to be a "weak" recruiting class. He probably isn't skilled enough out of the box to start right away, but I genuinely believe that he is good enough to push Laviano and Rettig this year and, if he continues to develop, be a legitimate contender next year.
