I understand. My point is that they had 22 wins, and made it to their league final. Utah State was an even better example of nearly an entirely new team. People complain that teams need time to gel when there are only 1 or 2 newcomers. Guess it depends on the coach and the players they target.
30 years and RU made one small run in a conference tourney to make the semis in the BE...is their a worse major conference performance in all that time...Pike has yet to win a quarterfinal game

The main difference is Texas A&M Q1 7-7 Q2 6-3 Q3 2-4, Rutgers(2023) Q1 4-7 Q2 6-3 Q3 2-4.
