I mentioned earlier today that the Maryland CB told me he was opening things up and it was reiterated in an article written by Todd Hunt later in the day. However Hayes has cleared this up, he is still committed to Rutgers . He'll look around at some other schools (Boston College offered tonight) but is really looking forward to visiting Rutgers officially in January. Barring something drastic, I expect him to be a Scarlet Knight in the end
