Random: Limo drop-off/parking on game day?

So my old college roommate is coming from out of town to attend Rutgers v Iowa, and wining & dining his boss (who is an Iowa graduate)... and so they are taking their little entourage to & from the game via limousine.

My questions:
1) Drop-off: can a Limo drop them off right at the stadium? What about at the circle near the Blue & yellow lots?
2) parking: what's the nearest place (ideally not requiring a parking pass) where they could have the limo wait during the game?

I would have the limo drop them off on River Rd in front of the Student Entrance. Then it's a simple walk up the stairs to the West Gate/Scarlet Lot area. Also, if the limo then drives up the road a little, there a couple of houses on the left hand side of River Rd who do Gameday parking for about $30. Otherwise there are gameday lots all the way down on Hoes Lane West or at the RAC.

Drop off on river road definitely at south entrance. Driver can go park over in Johnson park east of Route 18 over where the petting zoo is located.

I did this last year with some OSU buddies. The Limo dropped us off at the Student entrance on River Rd. He then hung out on in the park somewhere. After the game he met us up on the side of the road across the street from the student entrance. It worked perfectly.
