So there are 5 duals left, and on paper we are good enough to sweep them. Since we haven't proven we can win consistently on the road yet, I think we will go 4-1, losing to Illinois but winning the rest. In order from easiest to hardest IMO:

1.) At Princeton (looking forward to Kolodzik vs Lazer)
2.) Wisconsin (No one on that team legitimately scares me)
3.) Northwestern (Rivera vs Suriano was close at Midlands, DeLuca another tough match vs Deakin)
4.) Minnesota (Should be a hell of a match, at home I think we win close)
5.) At Illinois (Like Minnesota will be very close, picking a loss on the road)

What are your thoughts?

Wiscoson's Wick brothers are legit.

Wisconsin is tricky, can't take them lightly.

141 toss up match,
157 Beat JVB at midlands
165 Evan Wick very good (his brother has been out with injury)
174 Christensen is good, I like what I see out of Grello lately (Hall will make most look bad).
184 Robinson no walk in the park
197 Ritter is better than anyone we have
285 We may be favored but I don't feel great about this weight.

Noticed that a wrestler can compete as unattached.
Reason why and how this effects eligibility

Wrestling unattached preserves their eligibility. You can redshirt and still wrestle unattached . To wrestle unattached they must pay for all their own expenses and can not wear a team singlet.

Why would you wrestle unattached versus red shirt
What does "starched" mean

Exactly. That's why you see wrestlers go unattached at Midlands, etc.

Wrestling unattached does not burn your redshirt.

In wrestling, you can wrestle in tournaments as a member of your local wrestling club. You just can't be affliated with Rutgers, or it'll burn your redshirt.

Sorry. My phone autocorrected to that. I meant to say you can wrestle unattached and still maintain your redshirt status. Essentially it is a permitted activity during a redshirt year.
