Remember when we introduced a new MBB HC who came out with a green or blue tie?

And in response to being asked what his plan was fumbled to.....uh get good players.

So nice to see what appears to be competence in the AD and hc role. Those harbingers as to attention to detail usually turn out so, and they did with a number of our recent hc's. Feels like a brighter day all around here.

Personally could care less about the tie color - we just need somebody who can actually help us win some games.

Frank--That was what was said when Hill hired. It wasn't the tie color but the attention to detail attributes.

The warning signs were all over for Hill and other hires. These things which seem small to some are actually huge deals as if you can't get such an obvious thing right, how can you oversee multiple coaches, players, recruitments and budgets as a start. The answer is you likely can't. And that turned out to be so as he was in over his head.

Long story short-We appear to be headed to a better place.
