Rutgers wrestling was finally able to compete, after a long layoff since their dual meet with Army on December 10th. The Scarlet Knights were back in action at the Matmen Open, a tournament that (thankfully) took the place of the cancelled Midlands.

Rutgers had eight starters competing, with a handful of back-ups and redshirts participating as well. Rutgers had eight wrestlers reach the podium, as Sebastian Rivera and Greg Bulsak led the charge with first-place finishes.
