Nice... great content. Harper was severely underrated, and Rivals has to get credit for the 4* bump there after the commitment to Rutgers. I dont know the other sites followed suit.

Either way, I get the impression he's excited to rep NJ and Rutgers. I dont think other schools getting involved would have made a difference. He already interacts with Mulcahy on Twitter a lot about the NJ stuff
