Team looks terrible again tonight. Had every opportunity to score runs and only get two. Then Brito gets blasted. RU teams in the past would at least compete somewhat in these games against Miami. Awful

What the hell are you talking about? We lost 8 to 5, second game of the season, to a team ranked as high as number 9 in the nation, stop your bitching! Oh And we beat them today! Unbelievable!

The most impressive thing was the pitching from the young guys. Take out the day one and day two veteran starters, and I think only four earned runs were allowed in around 20 innings. I am still curious if those two very late additions to the roster will be eligible this year; that would provide some extra pop in the lineup. I am also curious about Nysitor (sp?), it looks like he started the first two games but went out early in the second. Since he was a day one starter as a freshman, this could be a big loss if he is out.

Rutkowski was our day three starter. That’s impressive as a freshman. I believe he was drafted. The kid Heater pitched well today. I’m very curious to see how we do OOC this year since it’s a little lighter. O’Reailly should bounce back. He’ll be fine this year
