Our hits to innings is so absurd. It has been the entire time litterio has been here. You simply cannot have that many hits and expect to win. Even with a good lineup, let alone a bad one. You need to have 2 starters that are drafted or draft prospects and 1-2 relivers. Add 3-4 hitters and then the rest good college players. If you dont have a core of draft caliber prospects with good coaching you arent winning.

That’s correct.
Ideally the core of your pitching staff and lineup are draft worthy out of high school.

Also you need to add strikeouts to the hit to innings pitched ratio.
It’s been atrocious for years

You do realize at one time in this sport...never going out to the mound, and not making a strategical decision all day in a win was considered great managing.

They’re throwing batting practice stuff.

I dont know why he does. Youo have to make a choice and give them a few starts games as a consistent lineup.
