Rutgers Baseball Stadium in Camden Will Be Demolished

Seems like it opened last week. At least the Camden campus will get some new fields. A swing and miss by the town fathers and mothers, particularly without MLB-affiliated minor league teams. A trendy choice and waste of funds. Do either of those cities even have Little Leagues?

It was home to the Camden Riversharks of the independent league. Once the league died the field has not been in use according to the article. Its not an RU property unless the city is giving it to or RU is buying the land.
