Can't say enough about how the guys hung around trying to figure out how to play without Baker in the first half.

Pike did an incredible job getting the guys ready. And they found a way.

This coach knows that if you can’t get the elite 5 star guys or the one and done guys then you have to win with a team. This is a deep talented team that plays well together. This is going to be fun.

I agree. Those were great defensive teams. You may have to give a slight edge to our guys now for playing a tougher schedule vs those teams we played in the 70s and also now includes guarding the 3-point line.

One of the best things after a great win is the flooding of positive threads. All the threads being merged into one (mod-started) thread kinda kills the momentum/vibe. Just my opinion

I hate PSU as much as the next guy but yea Chambers is probably my least hated coach in the B1G .. all class, and amazing compliments and true fan of Pike. How did he end up stuck in State College lol

I hate to like anything PSU, but that was a very classy interview with the head coach. He was asked if the team was flat after the Iowa game, and he unequivocally said that he would not take anything away from RUs victory. He said RU outplayed his team and gave Pike and the team a lot of credit. I still want them to lose. But he seems like a class act.

Yes. Shaq Carter did a great job covering him while he was in. Of course, 2 of their other guys went nuts in the 2nd half, so he wasn't as much of a focus for PSU.
