For some reason scarletknights.com never bothered listing this (it's said TBA for a long time), but it's worth noting the RU-Creighton game will tip at midnight Eastern.

If RU wins, the championship game two days later tips at 9:30 and will air on ESPN2

Anyone who stays up for that first game is among the hardcore of the hardcore.

No matter what time we play I will listen. I remember listening when we opened the 74-75 season in Hawaii. I also listened late when we played in the Rainbow Classic in 80-81 vs. Indiana, Louisiana Tech and Loyola of California. In Dec 1989 we again played in Hawaii vs. Va. Tech, Hawaii and Cincinnati. I think the Cincinnati game was played at like 2AM. I remember that one very well. We lost 79-71.

Still hoping we'll get a live video stream of the Creighton game since it looks like it won't be televised.

And if RU loses that game, the consolation game Wednesday night will start at midnight eastern as well. Ouch.

Shill or anyone- Any chance those Vegas games get picked up on TV? Has that ever happened in previous seasons (starts off non-televised and then picked up by a network)?

Kind of surprised.

That ru game against Indiana was a very close game (5 pts) and Indiana won the national title that year with Isaiah Thomas

I also remember going to bed extra early that night so I could wake up and listen to the Indiana game from Hawaii. I had to take a portable radio into the family room in the back of the house to avoid waking people up. Even at 14 I tended to get a little, um, intense while watching or listening to Rutgers games.

A network should put it on! I don't care how bad the teams are (and Creighton is actually pretty good), live sports is always better than another talking heads show!
