We heard you the first 1000 times. Williams can do no wrong. You resent Daniels, try to make him a scapegoat per the prevailing wisdom.
Really, where does the program go from here? ADPH has his work cut out, that's for sure. Staff, roster, facilities all need a complete overhaul.

Among the posters on this board, my seat neighbors at the rac, and my group of friends that are fairly basketball savvy & follow RU hoops, you are the ONLY one that chooses to ignore Bishop's turnover tendencies, questionable shot selection & below-average on-ball defense.
he can certainly be a playmaker at times, and he seems like a great kid. but you focus only on his positives & ignore the liabilities, and get mad when others discuss them & lash out at williams in retaliation. why would a true fan lash out like that?
like many I am very disappointed in mike's shooting, but your ignorance of his plus floor game is silly

Only reponding to the Daniels attacks on this board which again unjustifiably started again (Just go back to the beginning of the thread... all there for all fans to see) What kind of RUf an would not defend him? Among the posters on this board, my long time seat neighbors at The RAC and my group of friends who are very basketball savvy, all think Daniels has been getting a raw deal by this board. Amazing how these alleged loyal RU fans lash out at Daniels. I like Williams' hustle, effort and desire and but do question his shooting. Don't make him into some kind of semi-God and continually criticize Daniels and make him the scape goat. Again what RU fans do that?

Mike Williams hurt us with his shot selection. We took too many shots with 15 seconds on the shot clock we could have had with 5 on the clock. I am starting to sour on Williams asI think he is getting selfish on the offensive end.
Everytime Laurent touched the ball we scored yet there were toomany possessions he didn't get a touch.

A 20 year season ticket holder and I didn't realize there was a game. How sad is this. The program is imploding.

We were down 18-16 with 10 minutes left in 1st half and you could just see offensive possessions starting to go bad. Finally a timeout, but shot selection stayed poor during the 26-7 run.
You know the plan was to slow it down, but the team just couldn't execute.

You're pretty amusing. You insinuate that I only post to attack Daniels? that is ludicrous & incorrect. and nice revision of your assessment of williams, whom you constantly attack for his shooting woes.

Same here. It isn't that I chose not to watch the game, it is that I didn't even realize that Rutgers was even playing.

there was many decent defensive possessions, agree with that, I can think of few top of head where D/ rotation was very good and they still made a shot under five secs

Sanders: 19.3 pts, 3.8 rbs, 4.9 ast, 3.5 TO, 1.4 a/t ratio
Sanders actually turns the ball over almost as much as Daniels, though he has a little better assist/turnover ratio. It's largely forgiven, though, because of the point disparity and his being a freshman.

I've had enough of this back & forth that goes nowhere. one guy shoots 38% and the other shoots 40%. you say "fans like me" based on a few objective posts I made about a player's performance that were in the context of already existing threads. i support Daniels and do not ignore his positives, unlike you who ignore his negatices.
I donate generously to the program & am as loudly supportive of each player as anyone within shouting distance at the rac, but you can give me a hard time because I didn't watch one game while traveling.
I can't bear to listen to the interview anymore, but how did the coach handle the softballs Carlin lobbed in his direction on the postgame.
The big buildup might be a precursor to Sanders possibly leaving at the end of the season.One step forward and at least two steps backward is the way the mens basketball program has functioned.
Where is the money and the will to actually make the needed changes?Kicking the can down the road always has been the preferred plan of action.
