Rutgers Volleyball Welcomes Northwestern on Sunday

The Rutgers women's volleyball team is back home at the College Ave. Gym on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. to host the Northwestern Wildcats



PROMOTIONS

• Dig Pink Game - The team will be wearing pink to honor and remember those who have fought breast cancer. Wear Pink to the Game!
• Happy Halloween - All kids 13 and under who wear their Halloween costume to the match can be a part of the high-five line during starting lineups! Arrive by 12:30 and check in at the marketing table in the lobby! Bring your trick or treat bag for some treats too!
• RU Student Exclusive Raffle - Rutgers students who come to the volleyball match and check in with their RU student ID before the start of the 2nd set can pick up a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of TWELVE gift certificates to various local establishments, including Starbucks, Tacoria, Stuff Yer Face, Wings Over Rutgers, and the Rutgers Cinema. Winners will be announced at the end of the match, and you must be present to win!

Volleyball Posts B1G Win in Five-Set Victory Over Northwestern


The Rutgers women's volleyball team snapped its Big Ten losing streak on Sunday in tightly contested five-set victory over Northwestern at the College Avenue Gym. The Scarlet Knights took the first two sets (27-25, 26-24) while the Wildcats tied the match with victories in sets three and four (25-16, 25-23) before RU prevailed in the fifth and deciding set (15-10).
