I wouldn't be opposed at hiring the Navy coach to replace Flood and implementing the triple option.

You have a weak armed QB that's fairly mobile, three proven running backs (Hicks, Martin, Goodwin) and Sneed coming in. Carroo graduates and no other WRs have really stood out. Running the ball seems to be the only true option for the offense.
