Seagers at UNLV

Of course, everyone is a potential All-American on the RunRebs site. ;) Rice has brought in another boatload of talent; the question is can he coach any of it. The results have been disappointing so far, so maybe Jerome is a perfect fit.

As with most transfers, I with them neither good things nor bad things. I don't care enough. He's no longer an "us," but at UNLV he's not really a "them," either.

say what you want about Seagers but Rutgers could of really used him last year. Myles Mack had to carry too much of a load last year handling the ball and facilitating the offense and Mike Williams wasn't ready for Big Ten play

Hopefully this year the same thing won't happen to Corey Sanders. Bishop Daniels isn't a great ball handler either and unless Mike Williams improves his point guard skills, their best bet for backup PG minutes might be Goode. I think he's more than just a shooter. He should be able to play PG for 10-12 minutes a night if need be

Good luck to Jerome Seagers at UNLV

The seagears we had during his final year here was barely a D1 player. He accomplished what very few ever have ..he regressed each year he was here. He wouldn't have helped much.

You need consistency and stability at the point guard position - that is what Seagers is not. Not happy with how he handled things, but wish him luck though.

A point guard who brings up the ball and takes a guarded 3 without one pass is not needed on most teams

Jerome played well at times for RU but he wasn't the same guy his last year at RU. He even sued Eddie. I think that was horrible. The guy seemed like he had a negative attitude his last month or so on the team. I think it was for the best that he left.

He's gone and best forgotten, never lived up to what we thought he would be.
Both him and Eddie made a mistake in his coming back after transferring to Auburn.
Him for coming back, Jordan for wanting him back.
