Regardless of all the disagreement about this season and why we are here, I know that every single RU fan without exception when asked if there was one game they cared about or wanted to win the most, it's this one.

We may suck right now and anyone here is dishonest if they are telling you know they know when this period will be over. But if we want to show we are like the big boys in one way, you show up to this game and get loud like you would any other, and not let the stadium be taken over. Looks like $100 tix are helping.

MSU was pretty full to play us with two wins. Unless they are really pissed about that 2004 game they did it for love of team.

Let's do the same, cut the BS for a few days as we have the whole offseason to whine. Tailgate, be in by 8, be ready, and who knows, stranger things have happened.

BEAT PENN STATE ... it's a shame that we're not having the season we want, but this is the game we've been waiting for for 2 years! Ever since that historic first Big Ten game. Man remember how exciting it was and how good it felt in the week leading up to that, the hype the BTN crew and how it was all so new ... THIS is the moment we vindicate that. I know I will be there from the opening cannon until the playing of Loyal Sons after the game, and LOUD LOUD LOUD and supporting my team. I would rather go up against this challenge than beat Tulsa 100 times!! These are the moments we live for, the nights that make our identity. Let's show them what we're made of!!!

GO RUTGERS

Why is predicting the number of PSU fans who will be there negative? I am basing my observance from the number of tickets purchased on ebay. You guys are looking at the expensive ticket sales places. I say so what, Rutgers is still going to win.

Lots of RU season ticket holders have already sold to PSU fans or are inviting PSU fans to join them at their tailgates and seats for the game.

Besides, you don't have a lot of street cred among RU fans. BTW are you going to the game ? lol

I keep telling myself that I've sold my soul for a W over PSU this year. Maybe all of the humiliation will be worth it for a few hours of fun.

I was going to say something nice, till l saw the tasteless p.. s.. Post. Thoughtless mindless. How many mindless, thoughtless things have been said about your state, in which I was born. Good luck on Sat and old fashioned as this his these mean spirited days, may the best team win whomevet that may be.

Ill be there wearing my make America great again red ball cap.. Go RU!

You had to ensure there would be one post I would not like right?

I just hope he brings Joe Pa back as promised during the game to distract them :pimp:

Fellow sitting nearby at Rutgers / Drexel hoops game said he got $275 for his Scarlet parking tag. He is a long-time Rutgers hoops and football season tickets and parking tags buyer. No remorse from him ... he has bought tickets and parking tags for (20+) years and ate many through the years. Rutgers is having a tough year and he thinks selling a parking tag for a single game is not a mortal sin. He was unclear as to whether he disposed of his Section 104 tickets.

So he's a 20 year season ticket holder, donates enough to get scarlet, donates enough to ha e tox in 104 and $275 was his breaking point? Great he can go out for one dinner. God bless

What is the minimum breaking point in your view? $275 for a Scarlet tag sounds pretty rich to me. The cost of that Scarlet tag for the season is shared by 5 ticket buyers (friends).

I would far rather make a bonfire of any extra tickets I have, right in front of PSU fans looking to buy, than sell to any one of those troglodytes.

Some of you take this stuff waaaaaay too seriously. Really, you'd rather burn your tickets than sell them to someone who roots for the other team? How about some perspective? Every week I sit in the stands, bored by our offense and disappointed by our defense. This week, we sold all 10 of our tickets. They went on stubhub, and they sold. Don't know to who, don't care. We'll tailgate, and then we'll head to NB to watch the game and drink the night away. And we'll do it with the money we got from the sale. So basically, we don't have to watch the game that none of us (and you know it, none of you either) want to watch and we get to leave the wives behind and go out to the bars for free. Yea, we're terrible people because now you'll possibly have to sit near some fans of another team. God forbid. Can they be any harder on our team than our own fans?

So they got 55 bucks each. Guess they can't even go to dinner. Maybe a nice lunch.

How much does a Scarlet parking tag cost for the season? For this guy, isn't it a matter of recouping a decent portion of the cost of the season parking tag by selling the tag for one game? I don't think he considered it in terms of buying a dinner.

Will there be tickets for sale ala scalpers at the game just before kickoff? 2 of us wont know if we can make the game until very last minute

By the time you donate what you need to it's a lot and no 275 ain't moving that needle
