I know Ohio is always loaded with good high school players,but are there certain sections of the state that have more talent than others ?

I would say the Cincinnati and Cleveland areas produce the most talent.

It's a long trip between Cleveland and Columbus, and so recruiting by out-of-state schools might well be successful so far north.
