Spread Offense

I believe 13-14 of the Top 15 teams scoring are spread offenses.
I too believe that to be correct. Listen, as a young kid I enjoyed watch Georgia Tech in small dosages. It was exciting, high scoring and fun to watch. But at the end of the day it was gimmicky. I see the traditional QB position as we know it today to be a historical note. Just stick a dual threat guy back there with zero QB skills but who could run real real fast and all your problems are solved. Look at my boxing scenario. People will grow tired of this and look elsewhere for entertainment.

Spread Teams include these "Big Boy Schools":
Alabama (since Kifflin)
Notre Dame
Ohio State
USC
Oregon
Florida State
Clemson
Etc

I'm not even going to mention all of those Big12, AAC, Mike Leach, June Jones type teams. Only teams who run pro set full time are Stanford, Michigan, among other teams. It's the way football is now. Hell even pro teams are mostly spread teams now.
