Except for a few delusional posters that really think Flood is the answer, it has become clear to Rutgers fans and now nationally, that this program is reaching a point that it will take years to recover from. 4 is probably the number of wins this year. Recruiting will most likely take a hit. Flood's reputation of being an integrity guy has taken a hit. FAMILY is now a joke. All of his selling points are in the crapper.
The question remains, what will admin do about it. Keep Elmer Flood and continue the downward trajectory, get rid of him and go cheap again, or act like a real football program and spend the money. A big decision that will chart the course of Rutgers football for years to come.
