Supporters and Fans Part of the Program!

I like Coach Ash's point regarding it taking everyone including fans and supporters to change the culture and take it to the next level. He referred to them as part of the program!

Just be careful with the faculty. I remember KF boasting how the faculty was part of the program and look where that took him. A cultural change in our faculty would require an earthquake of seismic proportions.

We all (or most) got what we wanted in a new regime from top to bottom.

Maybe its time to give them the benefit of the doubt, after the press conference today i believe they earned it.
