I've been antsy for some College Football content, and took a listen. With the success we have been having in this years class, it was a great convo around identifying talent and developing that talent. The guy spoke about a part of what made Michigan successful last year was that in the last few recruiting cycles, they did really well in identifying the best talent in the top 250-500 range, and that made a difference.
Listening to this made me feel more encouraged that we can really rise us the rank in College Football, where we can in the medium term become a team that cycles in and out of the ability to be in the college football playoffs. I trust the staff's ability to identify and identify talent.
Definitely worth a listen.
