The list takes data over the last 2 seasons, but excludes coaches that finish with a losing record in one of those years, which disqualifies Flood. Even so, while is salary is super low, so is his sagarin win total so he would be on the fringe of making the list. I love coach flood, but Rutgers is getting what it pays for.

I hear you. I was thinking more that the best coach list would factor in stuff like academics and other factors that are a big part of what these coaches do all day. You have a good list there based on your criteria

ehhhh -makes no sense at all. If Flood at 1.25 was named the HC of Oregon or FSU, or let's say OSU. Two years from now he would be the number one guy on the list as I doubt he would have a negative effect in just 2 short years at those teams.
