They haven't stood trial because that state has an awful case and is just delaying the inevitable. Don't expect much of anything to result from this.

Your guess is as good as mine. I think the fact that the state is playing fast and loose with how it's applying the law, statutes of limitations, etc. with their charges against C/S/S is a major reason. I want this to go to trial; I just don't think it ever will.

But there's something way, way more confounding ... a PSU poster spending his time on a Rutgers board while he has things like the Rose Bowl, recruiting and a tough USC team to focus attention on. That's absolutely balls-sh$t crazy when you think about it, but it happens even more than the PSU posts on our board you cite, every one of which attracts multiple PSU posters, most popping in and out multiple times.

That's because BWI has limited discussions.
People have been known to be banned there for knocking Penn St ( especially if the cover-up is a part of it) on another school's message board.
There are Nit fans that refuse to go to that cult driven site, so it's no wonder there are very few Rutgers threads.
Penn St threads thrive here because of the amount of Nit posters that come here.
You're a regular, you shouldn't have to be told that.
As for your knowing about what's posted on BWI, I'll take your word because I don't feel a need to go there to see what's said about Rutgers.

Millions of dollars have been paid out in fines and lawsuits. What more do you want? accept the fact that their football program is not going away anytime soon, no matter what happens. Their program is that strong.
