Get rid of Okruch. If Mehringer and continue to help recruit, that's all the matters. Ash & company need to build the talent pool to a point that it's better than where it's at right now. Then they can all get canned together three years from now and we can hire a real coaching staff.

If Mehringer comes back we are looking at 1-11 next year and maybe 2-10 in 2018.
He must go or the Program is derailed for good,
Getting rid of him screws up the recruiting. This coaching staff isn't going to win. Does it matter if the team goes 1-11 or 3-9? They just have to restock. We're almost through one year of this. At least two more years.
