So the dead period ends on the 13th, is it midnight tonight, or tomorrow?

Just wondering if someone knows; couldn't find specifics on NCAA calendar.

Dead Period = December14, 2015, through January 13, 2016
- would assume that 'through' means that it is a "Dead Period" all day long on January 13 - all the way to 11:59PM .
One fraction of a second into January 14th & the "Contact Period" resumes ...

Are recruits not allowed to commit during the dead period? Or is that just wishful thinking since we are yet to get a commitment in the #ASHera?

What time zone is relevant? Where the coach is calling from, or where the recruit answers the phone, or both? Maybe Coach Ash is on a plane to Samoa or Christmas Island to get a jump on the competition.

Maybe these kids can actually meet the staff first? Twitter is nice but let's gets some face time. We will get our commits once we starting rolling into schools and hoisting officials. Don't worry.....you guys can complain about the kids then.
