I got the same thing and I didn't renew my men's tix this year. When they arrived they were women's tix and I then received the email they were shipped after they actually arrived. I think there was a screw up on the RU side but not surprised. We opted to try the ticket card option - I'm surprised they didn't include a printout or something with the home schedule on it.I got an email saying that my men's tickets are on their way. I didn't order men's tickets....
Received both my men's and women's ticket card with lanyard and card holder. Weird that it is a card!
Yes the men are Red and the women are Gray .You'll have to make sure you have right card depending on the game! Are they color coded to tell them apart?
Just talked with the ticket office and was told that the paper tickets take a bit longer since they have to be printed but would be shipped this week, in my case via UPS.I requested the paper tickets and so far have received nothing. ;-)
We R in the Big but unfortunately the ticket office is like a Division 3 program.Just talked with the ticket office and was told that the paper tickets take a bit longer since they have to be printed but would be shipped this week, in my case via UPS.
So there is still hope.
Go RU! Beat the Hawks!
I went to the Ticket office today to exchange one of my two cards for printed tickets. I bring people to games and did not want to take the chance of mailing a ticket card that might get lost and that's the end of the tickets for the season. It took just a few minutes to get the paper ones printed and I was in the area, so it wasn't inconvenient. I kept one ticket card that I will use for myself. I wish they could scan the parking passes so I wouldn't have to remember to bring one each time. Also requested paper tickets from the ticket office after initially receiving the plastic card and the new ones arrived yesterday via UPS. I was also told that you can bring the card to the ticket office and they can print out paper tickets for you right then and there.
Mine finally arrived this morning via UPS. It's interesting to see that folks who received the cards first, then requested paper tickets, actually received theirs first. LOLNew season ticket has arrived! Let the games begin!

There is a very easy way to "send" tickets to someone else for a specific game. Log on to Your Account and click on the Transfer Tickets link. You can transfer one or multiple tickets. The recipient receives an email and must "accept" the tickets within 48 hours. The recipient can then print out a hard copy ticket. Both the sender and recipient also receive confirming emails once the transfer has taken place.I went to the Ticket office today to exchange one of my two cards for printed tickets.
