Time for the bus to run over Katz !

I mean, just because he chartered the Rutgers Bus a few years ago when we were on our ascent, doesn't mean he has to pick us to win every game. He is a reporter, after all, and he can surely see what we've all seen this year on the court -- and it hasn't been pretty.
Katz was one of the few media announcers that had positive things to say regarding Rutgers in past seasons.This season has been a big disappointment for everyone following Rutgers men's basketball.
Katz is not that credible folks, he's just a media player who's going to play both sides of the fence and gives no real analytics or opinions.
As much as Seth Davis really annoyed the RU fanbase earlier this year when it came to his comments about the RU team during the Vegas Players ERA tournament, he stood by his statement. Whether Davis is well liked or not because of it, he explained why he felt that way and said the roster outside of Dylan and Ace was "not very good".
Since Katz is picking USC, let him pick USC.....he is only going to change his mind when RU gets better and starts winning games on a consistent basis, but when that happens, who's going to care what Katz says or thinks at that point. Everyone will be on the bandwagon then. If Katz isn't on board and wants to ride with USC, leave him over there......just don't expect flowers and pats on the back......

You make it seem like he’s a hater who’s prediction is completely off base.
There is nothing whatsoever unusual or odd about anybody picking USC in this game. Vegas has the Trojans as the slight favorite, and KenPom predicts a USC win also.
My impression is that Katz has been decidedly pro-Rutgers. If he’s picking USC that’s no reason to torch him.
