There isn't an official list but it was confirmed by Mods here and @TomVH ESPN recruiting analyst for the Big 10 on twitter.
I wonder if NJ HS coaches made that happen due to antipathy towards Paramus Catholic (recruiting).
It appears they helped greatly. Ash's recruiting strategy so far has been a home run.

Where does he say that? He mentions an ESPN top 300 player and his teammates in his most recent tweet and that's it.

"I have heard a good amount" =/= "majority" or "domination". I'm sure a "good amount" of top NJ recruits chose the other camp, too.. Especially considering Alabama, Iowa etc. are all going to be there.
Regardless this isn't about recruits. ALL ABOUT THE YOUNGSTERS AND TEACHING THE GAME OF FOOTBALL. So help me, Harbaugh.
...this is the 2nd 'edge' of that double-edged sword I was talking about with PC/Michigan. I don't think a number of the other North Jersey 'heavy hitters' are going to be receptive to Harbaugh/UM due to this 'favored nations' status he is giving to PC, and it remains to be seen if PC will have the staying power of their rivals.

Lol, you conveniently ignored this part: " Mich camp was PC and out of staters". Taken together, those clauses combine to create a sentence that says what OP said.
That was just some guy on Twitter asking that.. The actual person who may know things never acknowledged that and just said he's heard "a good amount" of top NJ kids will be at the Rutgers camp. Do you take things said by "BroncKnight" Jim as fact often?
Let's hope all the good will from New Jersey high schools towards Rutgers is a PERMANENT philosophy and extends to academics and ALL sports in the near future !

Michigan and PC did what Rutgers has been trying to do but mostly failed for decades, uniting NJ HS coaches behind Rutgers. I said last week, the longer this feud continues, the better for RU.
The Rutgers.rivals recruiting guys even said they couldn't recognize the players going to the Michigan camp. Ash won this battle. Time for Harbaugh to home with his tail between his legs.
Agree 100%. Harbaugh just gave all the NJ coaches a reason to support Rutgers. They all hate PC and are now 100% behind RU.
Actually he's headed to Ohio, Michigan, Texas, New Mexico, California, Tennesee, Kansas, Missouri and South Carolina after this. What a hero.

About as seriously as I take anything on Twitter, which is to say, a bit more seriously than I take a Twitter quote, and ensuing comments, from another team's message board.
A lot of people felt this would have been the problem with hiring Partridge. Make friends with PC but alienate the rest of the state.
I am not sure Harbaugh is even keeping score. This year, he will probably just take a few top 5 guys out of Jersey. He is going after top elite players out west and south.
Why so defensive it shouldn't matter to you who shows up. Remember it's all about the kids. Not the caliber who attend. Isn't this why Harbaugh is having this camp? You should be happy the camps full.

The problem with Rutgers is that they are, well, Rutgers. You can spin things as positive as you want but at the end of the day, Rutgers will always be Rutgers. An NCAA bottom-feeder in pretty much everything.

Kinda weird to be spending any time on such an insignificant program.
You can always tell when you hit the nail on the head when the other side has no retort but to get nasty.
This has been confirmed by pretty much anybody who follows NJ football.
If Harbaugh wants to come into NJ, he better come quiet, stay away from our top programs and our campus.
maybe wait until you have a better than 500 record against us in league play to make such statements.
