Speaking of another story at that NBC site.. an AP story.. what do you think of this title:

Greg Schiano and Rutgers looking to build off their first winning season since 2014

Why? Why such a long title when the point is we are coming off a winning season. Why add the extra info to a title about 2014? 2014 has nothing to do with this team, this coach, this story.

WTH is going on here? How did NBC or AP decide to go with that title?

That's what preseason is - blowing smoke up fan dresses. I stopped reading it years ago. Dozens of teams are dreaming of glitter and unicorns but after October it will pretty much be the same teams on top of rankings. RU is currently easy to write about with so many players returning. This is the only season I can recall where Greg is constantly reminding "we are a young team."
